PCC PANEL

A Power Control Centre (PCC) is a main power control panel that contains feeder breakers and supply breakers, monitoring devices, control devices, switching devices, protection devices, and instrumentation devices. Alternatively, it is called the Main Switchboard. This type of switch is mainly installed near power sources, so its fault level is high. In order to function properly, it must be able to satisfy 50KA or 65KA fault levels for 1 second.

A Power Control Center’s bus bar system is designed to handle fault levels and temperature rises up to 40 degrees Celsius. The termination of cables is provided with ample space. In order to protect the source and equipment, various protections are provided, such as short circuits, overloads, earth faults, under voltages, etc.

This Power Control Centre is compact, safe, and reliable, Users will nd the Power Control Centre to be user-friendly. Power Control Center with single and multiple incomers, bus couplers, with proper interlocking on the main LT panel. The system provides the required protection, fault indications, and interlocking.

APFC PANEL

APFC or Automatic Power Factor Control Panels are predominantly used for sustainment of Power Factor as per State Electricity Board. Power Factor is defined as ratio of active power to apparent power and it is mainly a key factor in measuring electrical consumption. Everyone knows that how costly electricity is computed now-a-days. Therefore it becomes very much important to reduce on electrical consumption for reducing expenditure and economizing the utility expenses by harnessing electrical utility by operation at desired power factor to curtail unwanted electricity penalty rising because of continuous power factor drop.

APFC Panel with stage based pre- programmable micro-controller of varied make which triggers the capacitor banks of suitable capacity automatically in multiple stages by directly sensing the reactive load which works in the principle of VAR( Volt Ampere Reactive ) sensing tends to maintain the PF to 0.99 Lag. The capacitor banks are selected in number of stages as 4/6/8/12/16 according to the load pattern as per the customer requirement.

  • Designed after thorough analysis of client’s requirement & field conditions
  • Available with contactor switching orthyristorized switching for capacitor ON-OFF.

MCC PANEL

A Motor Control Center (MCC) is an assembly that controls several or all-electric motors centrally. There are multiple enclosed sections and a common power bus. Each section has a combination starter, which consists of a motor starter, fuses or circuit breakers, and a power disconnect. It is also possible to equip a motor control center with push buttons, indicator lights, variable-frequency drives, programmable logic controllers, and metering equipment. In some buildings, it may be combined with the electrical service entrance.

Typically, Motor Control Centers can be found in large industrial or commercial buildings containing a lot of electrical motors that must be controlled centrally, such as an electrical room or mechanical room.

  • Down stream motorcontrol & protection panel widely used for starting & stopping of motors & equipped with required protection features.
  • Superior quality products used for control & protection.
  • Sturdy & compact construction.
  • High functionality & low maintenance.
  • Supply IMCC Panel on required bus communication.

Ring Main Units (RMU)

The Ring Main Units (RMU) are very important components in power distribution, particularly valuable in industrial applications for humidity areas. It’s a type of medium voltage switchgear, compact in design, yet powerful in function, ensuring a steady and reliable flow of electricity. Think of it as a safeguard that not only delivers power but is also equipped to swiftly switch between power sources during repairs or emergencies, minimizing downtime and disruptions.

One of the outstanding features of RMUs is their compact and extensible design. They are often insulated by which
signicantly reduces the effects of dust, moisture and other environmental factors to improve safety standards.
The unit comprises switches, fuses, and circuit breakers, each serving a crucial role in monitoring and controlling
the flow of electricity, ensuring that energy is efficiently and safely distributed to various endpoints.

Feeder Pillars

Feeder pillars are the breaker panels which is the very first set of switching/protection device at the output/secondary side of the transformer and panel board is a set of switching/protection devices used for distribution of power supply. If we say it simply, feeder pillar is a central circuit that controls and monitors electricity supply in various houses and offices throughout a region. The basic function of this centralized electrical circuit is to act as the storehouse for the power supplied from the main source and convert it to low voltage electricity for domestic and office use.

A feeder pillar provides local isolation to your electrical distribution equipment, protecting both the cabling and the transformer from faults. Feeder pillars allow simple and local maintenance to your equipment, reducing site downtime and reducing overall maintenance costs

DG Synchronization Panels

DG Synchronization Panel comprises of special relay that automatically performs synchronization of two or more sources of power.Beside that we also provide load sharing relays so that each DG shares equal load and load management relays to control starting & shutting off Generators depending upon load requirement. PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) based synchronizing panel provides all the monitoring & control of the synchronization with dedicated PLC modules it is also possible to have PC based power management or load management using PLC’s

  • Auto synchronized easily
  • Has PCC Panels are fully folded type
  • Operate with its maximum efciency
  • Automatic Load Sharing in between DG
  • Automation/SCADA facility is available
  • Simple, installation-friendly system assembly
  • No need to separate Load based on DG Capacity
  • No overloading and automatically start the next DG

Distribution Panel

A Distribution Panel or breaker panel, is a vital component in an electrical system. It serves as a centralized hub for distributing electrical power within a building or facility. The panelboard houses circuit breakers or fuses that control and protect individual circuits. Through these breakers, power is distributed to various areas of the building.

  • Receives power from the main electrical supply.
  • Distributes electricity to various circuits throughout the building
  • Contains circuit breakers or fuses to regulate the flow of electricity.
  • Prevents overloads and short circuits to ensure safety.
  • Includes switches or indicators for controlling and monitoring power distribution.
  • Manages electrical loads efficiently to prevent system failures.
  • Provides electricity to appliances, lighting, and other electrical devices.
  • Maintains safety standards and protects against electrical hazards.
  • Acts as a central hub for electrical distribution within the building.

COMPACT SUB-STATION

An electrical substation, one of the integral parts of the electrical distribution system has undergone many changes in terms of technology, components, and forms. Today we need substations which are compact as well as power efficient. To meet this requirement  we offer compact substations which are also known as Pre-fabricated substations, Package Substations (PSS), or Unitized substations (USS).

A compact substation is a ready-to-install product and saves on space, time, and cost of a complete project. We integrate the product typically MV switchgear, transformer & LV switchgear. This modular substation is commonly used for its features like:

  • Factory assembled and ready to install
  • Compact Construction
